Hi, I’m Brynn Cole, the founder of Honeylight Creative.
I’m a facilitator, strategist, and human-centered design practitioner with a background in healthcare innovation, operations, service design, strategic planning, and change management. My work often lives in the space between people, systems, and stories: where customer needs, team dynamics, and organizational decisions shape what happens next.
I help teams slow down enough to understand what is really going on, then move forward with more alignment, confidence, and care.
Honeylight Creative grew from a simple belief: better work begins with better listening.
